We are currently seeking passionate and dedicatedEducatorsto join our Preschool, Toddler, and Nursery rooms with various qualifications.

About the Role

As anEducator at Epping Little Steps, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children’s early development through responsive relationships, meaningful learning opportunities, and high-quality care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting, designing and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development

Valid working with children check

Providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment

Building strong, respectful relationships with children and their families

Documenting and communicating children's progress and learning journeys

Collaborating with a team of passionate educators to ensure continuous quality improvement

Complying with all childcare regulations, policies, and Child Safe Standards

🎓What We’re Looking For

-

Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Working Towards ECT

Minimum 12months experience working with children aged 0–5 years

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Passion for early childhood education and genuine interest in children's learning possibilities

A flexible and motivated attitude with a commitment to high-quality care

Availability to work5 days per week between 7am–6pm(shifts are 8 hours, including breaks)

Willingness to attend out-of-hours meetings and professional development

Commitment to theChild Safe Standardsand ourChild Protection Policy and Code of Conduct
