Job Description

AMIGA provides a holistic educational program that is structured around the Montessori pillars, and which aligns with and is governed by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Skills and Qualifications • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent/higher qualification) • Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one) • First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training • Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS) • Ability to support, mentor, and lead a team of educators when the Centre Manager is absent • Competence in managing daily operations, from staffing to parent communication • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Montessori qualifications or experience (highly desirable)
