**Previous compliance leadership role is preferred, thorough understanding of the NQS and Regulations as well as minimum 3 years experience in the industry is a must.

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in a leadership role within an early learning setting

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Commitment to continuous improvement and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
