Brand New Privately Owned centre is looking for dedicated Educators who are inspired by working with children, a new team, wanting to achieve quality outcomes for children and families. The applicants must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and are dedicated to providing High Quality Care for Children in the Early Childhood sector.****Centre has full support from enrolments team and operations manager.

The Available Roles:

Certificate III Educators / Studying Educators

2IC / Assistant Director

Diploma Educators / Room Leaders

Early Childhood Teacher

Cook / Chef

Educational Leader

Leadership Team Members

Key Responsibilities:

Create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment that fosters children’s growth and learning.

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

Build positive, meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local community.

Work collaboratively within the team to maintain high standards of care and education.

As Educators we want to see and hear how you provide High Quality care and a High Standard of professionalism within the work place.

You will have an understanding of the NQF and NQS and have the practical experience of being able to run a high-quality room.

You will be supported by an experienced Director in the day-to-day running of the centre and you will receive management and mentor support from the Operations Manager. This support also includes access to management and leadership training to ensure your skills are continually updated, providing excellent career development.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, it is expected that you have:

ACECQA approved degree to support your role within this ad

For the 2IC / Assistant Director role you must have experience in leadership and management

Positive Notice – Working with Children's Check

Child protection training: Identifying and responding to children and young people at risk of harm

Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates

Understanding of the NQF and NQS

Understanding of and commitment to competency early childhood practice that is informed by the Early Years Learning Framework

Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements

Demonstrated ability to build constructive working relationships with families and staff
