About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced 3yo Kindergarten Teacher to join our dedicated team at Gumnuts Early Learning Centre in Sale, VIC. This part-time role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children in our vibrant and nurturing early learning environment.

What you'll be doing

Plan and implement a high-quality educational program that supports the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of 3-year-old children 2.

Provide a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning space that encourages exploration, creativity, and play-based learning 3.

Collaborate with families to understand each child's unique needs and foster strong partnerships 4.

Regularly observe and assess children's progress, and use this information to tailor the program 5.

Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements 6.

Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your practice

What we're looking for

1.

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field 2.

Experience Kindergarten Teacher 3.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues 4.

In-depth knowledge of early childhood development, curriculum planning, and best teaching practices 5.

Passion for creating engaging, play-based learning experiences that foster children's growth and learning 6.

Commitment to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment 7.
