About the Role As an Admin at The Grove Academy, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our centre, supporting families, educators, and management with administrative tasks to ensure the centre runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming families and assisting with inquiries and enrolments

Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks and documentation

Managing phone and email communication professionally and efficiently

Assisting with compliance and maintaining accurate records

Contributing to a positive, welcoming environment for all families and staff

Skills & Experience We’re looking for someone who is organised, approachable, and professional. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Administrative experience in an early childhood setting (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Great organisational and time management abilities

A proactive, team-oriented attitude

A passion for building positive relationships and supporting families
