Regional Early Education and Development (REED) is a multi-site Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) service with currently 26 centres located throughout Regional Western Australia.
Our mission is to deliver high quality and sustainable ECEC services by contributing to the development and wellbeing of children (who are the future), while building relationships with families and communities in Regional WA.

POSITION /RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing general office operations.
Responsible for the management of Reception/admin.
Assist with filing and general administration.
Assist in Xplor Bookings.
Assist with inquiries, waitlists and leads management.
Adhere to child safe policies and act with commitment to the philosophy of a child safe organisation.
REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
Working hours Monday - Friday as needed.
Hourly pay $25.74 – $29.70 per hour per, in-line with the Clerk Sector Award depending on level and experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALITIES, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in an Administrator Role
Experience in Xplor highly recommended but not essential
Outstanding verbal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Excellent organizational skills.
Office management experience.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
WWC card.
Current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
DESIRABLE
Previous experience in a similar role
Cultural awareness
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Fast learner
