What You’ll Do

Drive Centre performance across commercial, people, and quality outcomes

Develop and mentor Centre Directors into confident, accountable leaders

Build a performance culture where expectations are clear and results are achieved

Identify underperformance quickly and implement strategies that work

Use data to lead decision-making and drive improvement across your area

Promote excellence in compliance, safety, education, and family engagement

What You Bring

Proven experience leading multi-site operations in early learning

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving and understanding performance targets

A decisive, people-first leadership style that gets results

A love of winning, growing, and building high-performing teams

A commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement

Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or Bachelor)

Valid Working with Children Check and Driver’s License
