• **Schedule:**Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
• Location: Logan, Ipswich, Brisbane.
• **Hours:**38 hours - fulltime
• **Compensation:**Well above award + super + salary package We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team of professionals in the position of Area Manager. In this position you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to 8 Early Childhood Education Services through regular visits and discussions with staff and Centre Directors. Your typical work day will commence from your home and travel as directed to centres located in South East Queensland, with hybrid working opportunities.

Your responsibilities in this role will include, but not be limited to:

• Travelling/Visiting QCCS services across South East Queensland to provide support and guidance.
• Ensuring company policies, procedures & ECE professional standards are adhered to, supporting continous improvement.
• Reporting on service performance and outcome of visits.
• Creating and conducting professional development training to team
• Temporary assignment as a service Director in rare cases where transition periods between employees may arise.
• Consideration for flexible hours.

Must haves The successful applicant MUST be able to meet the following criteria;

• Have experience working as a Centre Director
• Have a strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Problem-solving capabilties
• Child-focused mindset
• Passionate about innovation
• Have a calm, can do attitude
• Excellent leadership & communication skills
• Proven capability in performance management & guidance in training and development
• Hold a minimum of Diploma of Children's Services
• Hold a current blue card
• Hold a current first aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis training
