Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy leader to join our team of supportive Area Managers in Victoria. In this role, you will drive high quality care, financial sustainability, compliance, and growth across Affinity Education Groupβs centres while leading six key areas:quality, compliance, occupancy, debt, rostering, and people development.

The role
Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety policies and escalate/report serious incidents promptly.
Oversee multiple centres through regular visits, 6-point centre plans, and performance analysis across quality, compliance, occupancy, debt, rostering, and people development.
Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control overdue debt, and approve payments/timesheets to meet business targets.
Collaborate with Quality Advisors to meet/exceed National Quality Standards, uphold cleanliness and safety, and address serious service issues.
Lead occupancy growth, workforce management, and employee development including recruitment, training, performance, and retention.
About you:
Proven experience as an Area Manager in early childhood education, with multi-site management.
Diploma in Business, Childrenβs Services, or equivalent qualification.
Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
Strong leadership, budgeting, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Valid Working with Children Check, current Driverβs Licence, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Permanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, managing approx. 10 centres.
