About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and highly experiencedArea Managerto join this dynamic organisation, leading a portfolio of high-performing early childhood services. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for thestrategic, operational, and compliance oversightof multiple centres, supporting Centre Directors to ensure excellence in early learning outcomes, regulatory compliance, staff development, and family engagement.
This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high standards across all areas of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to Centre Directors across your designated area
- Monitor and drive performance in areas such as occupancy, staffing, budgeting, compliance, and quality ratings
- Ensure all services consistently meet or exceed the National Quality Standard and other regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement across all centres
- Support workforce planning and recruitment in collaboration with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams
- Foster strong relationships with families, communities, and internal stakeholders
- Analyse service data and performance metrics to guide decision-making and reporting
- Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and excellence in early childhood education and care
About You
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
- Proven multi-site management experience within the early childhood sector (minimum 2β3 years preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Law & Regulations
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and people management skills
- Business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and occupancy management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Working with Children Check and valid driverβs licence
