Job Description
As we continue to grow our network of centres, we are seeking a dedicatedArea Operations Managerto support our Centre Directors and Educators in achieving excellence in compliance, operations, and educational outcomes.
With one established centre inWest Pymbleand two new centres opening soon inMerrylandsandWyoming(Central Coast), this newly created role will be pivotal in leading our services through an exciting phase of expansion. The position involves regular centre visits across the network, combined with the flexibility to occasionally work from home.

The Role:
As ourArea Operations Manager, you will:
Oversee operations and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple services.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring for Centre Directors and educators.
Drive enrolments and foster strong, trusting family relationships.
Guide curriculum delivery and pedagogy to ensure alignment with the EYLF and NQS.
Manage staffing, HR processes, and performance development.
Step in to provide leadership coverage when required.
Lead quality improvement planning and continuous service development.
Support the successful opening of new centres and operational transitions.
Report directly to the Managing Director/Approved Provider.
About You:
Weβre seeking a dynamic and supportive leader who brings:
Permanent, unrestricted working rights in Australia (essential).
A Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification (essential).
Proven experience as a multi-site Area Manager or as a Centre Director in a large service (essential).
A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Current First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection certifications.
A thorough understanding of the EYLF, NQF, compliance frameworks, and current best practices in early childhood education.
Strong skills in HR, staffing, enrolments, and operational management.
A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and inspiring others.
Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
