Assistant Centre Manager/Educational Leader NEW ROLE

Connections Early Learning Moorookais a privately owned, state of the art, early education centre.

Due to continued growth of our 1 year old centre, we are looking for expressions of interest for an experienced and passionate person to fill an additional leadership role.

The Role:

This opportunity is initially 3 days per week and would focus on supporting the Centre Manager in operations and providing curriculum support to our learning hubs. There is the opportunity to extend these days with continued growth of the centre.

This is a semi contact role with some periods in ratio required

Must be able to work from 6.30am weekdays

Must have demonstrated experience in a similar role.

Must be committed to a high level of professional standards and outcomes personally and for the children and families in our community.

This role is available for an immediate start

To be successful in this position, you will be required to hold/demonstrate the following: • ACECQA approved Childcare Qualifications - Diploma or higher • Suitability Card – 'Blue Card' • Child protection training: Identifying and responding to children and young people at risk of harm • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates • Understanding of the National Quality Standards and National Quality Framework • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements
