We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticAssistant Centre Managerto join our small and well-established family-owned early education centre in Hunters Hill. This is an exciting role for someone who is ready to combine hands-on teaching with leadership

Responsibilities include:
Supporting the Centre Director in the day-to-day running of the centre
Assisting with rostering, enrolments and administrative duties
Building strong and trusting relationships with families
Guiding and supporting educators in their practice and professional growth
Helping to maintain a high-quality program in line with the EYLF and NQS
Working on the floor in the preschool classroom as a lead educator
Supporting the planning and delivery of centre events and community engagement initiatives
Stepping into the Centre Director role as maternity leave cover in 2026
What weβre looking for:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
Previous leadership or senior educator experience highly regarded
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
A passion for early childhood education and building inclusive, nurturing environments
