About the Position

Assistant Director / 2IC - Off the floor role - Northern Suburbs, Melbourne

Key Responsibilities

Improve operational efficiency by optimising enrolment strategies, workforce planning, and financial management.

Build a motivated and high-performing team by driving professional development and leadership growth.

Guide and support childcare educators to achieve success.

Collaborate closely with the leadership team to implement strategic improvements.

Ensure the centre complies with regulatory, licensing, and safety standards.

Maintain service quality and operational effectiveness.

Your Experience & Expertise

-

Current Assistant Director level experience within the Childcare sector.

An ability to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.

Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.

Comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework and childcare regulations (preferred).
