Talent Focus is proudly partnering with a well-established Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) provider to recruitmultiple Assistant Coordinators. These part-time positions offer consistent hours during school terms, increasing to 38 hours a week during holiday care periods.

The Opportunity

• Assist with program planning, compliance, and day-to-day operations
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
• Work alongside experienced Coordinators and benefit from strong mentorship

About You

• Hold or be actively working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care(or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Skilled at supporting child-led programs and managing documentation
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player
• Hold a Blue Card, First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
