Weβre now looking for an Assistant Coordinator to support the leadership of our Fitzroy service β someone who wants to feel connected, supported, and inspired by the work they do and the people they do it with.

What youβll do:
Support the Coordinator to plan and deliver fun, safe, and inclusive Before & After School programs for children (5β12 years)
Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
Assist in designing engaging, hands-on activities (from STEM to sport to arts and more)
Contribute to compliance requirements and administrative tasks as required
Step into higher duties when the Coordinator is absent
About you:
Youβre someone who leads with kindness, brings calm to the chaos, and sees the value in small moments. Youβre creative, resourceful, and enjoy engaging children in meaningful, play-based activities.
What weβre looking for:
Previous experience in Outside School Hours Care (leadership potential is a bonus)
Qualification in School Age Care, Early Childhood, or ACECQA-approved qualification (or currently studying)
WWCC and First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma/Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain)
A warm, reliable professional who values relationships, equity, and responsive care
