Baby Room Leader

Keiki Early Learning has been providing exceeding care to children in Perth's northern suburbs for over 22 years. Keiki is a family-owned and operated business that boasts beautiful Reggio-inspired natural environments, that promote a "home away from home" for both children and educators.

This role will join Keiki's Trinity Alkimos service. Features of this beautiful service include long term passionate educators, direct outdoor access from all rooms into expansive age-appropriate gardens and strong community connections.

About the role

We are seeking a nurturing Room Leader to join our beautiful service to coordinate a baby room, this role will be supported by a team of 4 - 5 educators this role will suit someone who is passionate about play-based, child-led learning and is confident in leading a team.

We are looking for an exceptional Room Leader who:

Can be versatile and adaptable to the children's needs

Can be creative in setting up activities and environments

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to deliver quality learning stories to our families

Has a thorough understanding of the planning cycle and is able to work closely with the Educational Leader to deliver a rich curriculum
