Baby Sensory Class Leader - Melville
Baby Sensory Perth - South of the River
Melville, Perth WA
Job Description
Baby Sensory Class Leader – Melville
Do you love working with little ones and their families? Have you ever thought you’d make a great Play School presenter? Whether your background is in child development, teaching, paediatric therapy — or you’re simply a warm, outgoing person who lights up a room — this might be the role for you!
About Us Baby Sensory classes are specially designed for babies from birth to 13 months. Every week is a new adventure, filled with fun activities that support early learning and help parents build strong connections with their babies. We’re a small, friendly team with a big passion for making these early months magical.
About the Role As a Class Leader, you’ll guide parents and babies through lively, engaging sessions. Confidence in public speaking (and a bit of theatrical flair) is key — after all, you’ll be the one bringing each theme to life! You’ll also set up and pack down equipment each day, so being active and comfortable on the floor is important too.
Although this role is based at our beautiful Melville venue, you may occasionally work at our other locations in Vic Park, Canning Vale, Forrestfield, or the Western Suburbs. Full training and ongoing support are provided — so while experience with babies is a bonus, it’s not essential.
You’ll shine in this role if you are:
A natural “people person” who enjoys connecting with others
Positive, reliable, and customer-focused
Outgoing and confident presenting to groups (bonus points if you’re a bit theatrical!)
Caring, approachable, and adaptable
Detail-oriented, open to feedback, and keen to learn
Able to drive, with your own vehicle
