About the Centre: Little Zaks Carey Bay is our gorgeous purpose built centre in Carey Bay, Lake Macquarie. It’s a 110 place centre providing Early Childhood Educational services, and childcare for the 0 - 5 year age group.

About the role: This is a great Centre Director role for a seasoned leader focused on delivering successful outcomes for the children and the educators at their centre. Ensuring that the main focus is on maintaining a positive culture at the centre which is pivotal in all of our centres. What we are looking for:

• Bachelor / Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised)
• Experience with staff development and leadership
• First Aid/CPR and WWCC
• Unlimited work rights in Australia
• Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
• Ability to develop a QIP
• Experience in working towards the leading of an Exceeding Centre
• The drive for high-quality education & care
• Previous experience in similar role
