Lochinvar Learning is a new, purpose-built Early Education centre that prides itself on beautifully curated play environments that challenge support and inspire rich and rewarding learning. Our 5 studio service uses the innovative and engaging Rose Way Framework for programming and planning, focusing on an inquiry and research based approach.

We are searching casual educators who will uphold our expectations and standards whilst supporting the centre in individual rooms and as a whole. Flexible availablility offered.

It is a requirement all educators:

Feels inspired by children and the learning that takes place, viewing children as capable and competent.

Has an understanding of both the EYLF and the NQS

Has the ability to work collaboratively as a team

Is flexible and reliable

Has a deep respect for children and is able to explore new ideas with children, as co‐researchers and co‐learners

Is supportive of the use of the 100 Languages of Children, encouraging children to have opportunities to express their ideas, hypotheses and theories

Is able to create inviting, inspiring and challenging learning environments, seeing the value of ‘the environment as the 3rd teacher’

Is joyful in their work and engagement with children and families.

Requirements:

An ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma or be studying towards

Current First Aid and CPR certificate

Current Working with Children Check

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
