Established in 1976, Northside Community Service is a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to serving the diverse needs of North Canberra and beyond. Our broad array of services includes early childhood education, aged care, youth programs, family support, housing initiatives, community development, outreach, and volunteer opportunities.
We operate four Early Childhood Centres in Dickson, Turner, Harrison, and Yurauna. Position Overview: Causal Early Childhood Educators
We are excited to offer casual opportunities for qualifiedEarly Childhood Educatorsin Canberra.
Under the direction of the Team Leaders, the role will provide high-quality early childhood education to children.

About You
To be considered for this position you will need to meet the following criteria (but not limited to):
A minimum Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA (or working towards this qualification).
Understanding of the Mandatory Reporting requirements in the ACT, as prescribed in the Children and Young People Act (1999).
Hold a current ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
Although not essential, any experience in a not-for-profit environment or with a community/children's service-related organisation would be highly regarded.
