Your Role as a Casual Educator

You'll play an important part in ensuring our early childhood services remain responsive, inclusive, and child focused. As part of our relief team, you will:

• Support and deliver high-quality programs for children aged 0–5 years

• Work collaboratively across multiple services as needed

• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and team members

• Promote inclusive practices and children’s voices

• Follow policies, procedures, and maintain compliance under the National Quality Framework

• Reflect a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework

• Bring energy, reliability, and a genuine passion for early childhood education

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• NSW Working with Children Check

• Valid First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to grow professionally
