**Location:**Bondi Junction and Bronte Hourly Rate:$43.56 - $50.10 (includes 25% casual loading) + 12% Super Annual Equivalent Salary Range:$63,676.98 – $73,228.61 **Work Type:**Casual | Flexible Hours | Career-Building Opportunity

Your Role as a Casual Educator
You'll play an important part in ensuring our early childhood services remain responsive, inclusive, and child focused. As part of our relief team, you will:
Support and deliver high-quality programs for children aged 0–5 years
Work collaboratively across multiple services as needed
Foster strong relationships with children, families, and team members
Promote inclusive practices and children’s voices
Follow policies, procedures, and maintain compliance under the National Quality Framework
Reflect a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
Bring energy, reliability, and a genuine passion for early childhood education
What You’ll Need
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
NSW Working with Children Check
Valid First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to grow professionally
