Kidzco Early Learning Centre Hillcrest. We are looking for dedicated and inspiring Educators to join their teams. The centre works together to provide high-quality care and education to children within their communities.

We understand that having flexible working arrangements, job share opportunities and float roles are important in supporting the health and wellbeing of Educators and therefore offer a range of roles to suit your needs.

The Roles

We are looking for highly motivated and inspiring Early Childhood Educators who are passionate about early education and share our vision for learning, and who can work up to Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm, where possible

Casual Diploma Educators

Casual Assistant Educators

We are looking for people who ‘think outside the box’ and honour individuality and creativity. The successful applicants should be committed to engaging with children and families in a variety of ways to facilitate their individual learning styles and show a commitment to continuing their own ongoing research and professional growth. Required Qualifications & Desired Skills

A Growth Mindset,

A love of learning,

Ability in developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families and colleagues,

Suitable qualifications for the role,

Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and the QKLG,

Current Positive Suitability Notice,

Must be available 5 days a week and have flexibility in working hours
