Our opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and passionateCentre Directorto lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our Childcare Centre. Guiding and nurturing our children and team we know that you play a crucial role driving both educational outcomes and business success.

About you:

**Experience:**Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Centre Director or in a senior leadership role within a childcare setting

**Qualification:**A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)

**Skills:**Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

**Vision:**A passion for early childhood education and a genuine commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and nature-focused environment

**Growth Mindset:**Ability to identify opportunities for growth, improve operational systems, and lead the Centre towards increased occupancy and success

**Compliance:**An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
