About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionateCentre Directorto lead our Busy Bees at Warner service on afixed-term contract until 30th May 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an established leader in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our supportive team and make a meaningful impact.

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for:

Leading and supporting your team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care

Overseeing compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Busy Bees standards

Building strong partnerships with families and the local community

Driving occupancy and financial performance of the service

Creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children

Supporting and mentoring educators to achieve professional growth

What You’ll Need

Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership or management role within Early Childhood Education

Current QLDWorking with Children Check (Blue Card)

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications

Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and compliance requirements

Proven leadership, financial, and people management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
