πPosition Overview:
We have multiple positions available across all regions of SA, including x2 unique opportunities to work as a floating Centre Directoracross either the Northern Region or Southern Region of Adelaide!

πKey Responsibilities:
- **Leadership and Management:**Provide strong leadership to the teaching team, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, curriculum development, and budget management.
- **Educational Excellence:**Oversee curriculum planning and implementation to create a stimulating and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children. Monitor and enhance the quality of education provided.
- Parent and Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents and the local community, maintaining open communication and involvement in the center's activities.
- **Compliance:**Ensure that the center complies with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
- **Staff Development:**Support professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and maintain high-quality teaching practices.
β Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education(ACECQA approved)
- 3+ yearsβ experienceas a Childcare Centre Director or similar role
- Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, andcompliance frameworks
- Proven ability to manage enrolments, increase occupcancy, manage staffing, and pioneer in operational excellence
- A genuine passion for high-quality early learning and empowering educators
