In partnership with Radical Recruitment, a beautiful early learning center near North Manly is seeking a visionary Centre Director to lead its foundation and growth. Catering to children aged 0–5, the centre is committed to delivering high-quality education and care, grounded in a deep understanding of early childhood development.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC)

Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Centre Director

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals

Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations

Completed Child Protection Training and a demonstrated understanding of current child-safe practices
