Key Responsibilities

Lead with Vision: Establish and embed the centre's culture, philosophy, and strategic direction.

Build a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of passionate educators who share your commitment to excellence.

Drive Quality: Oversee the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to ensure outstanding educational outcomes.

Foster Community: Cultivate strong, meaningful relationships with families and the local community, positioning the centre as a hub of early learning.

Manage Operations: Take full ownership of all daily operations, including enrolments, financial management, and compliance.

We're Looking For

A proven leader with experience in a management role within the early childhood sector.

Deep expertise in the NQF and EYLF.

A strategic thinker with the ability to turn a vision into a reality.

A collaborative spirit who can build and inspire a team.

A valid Working with Children Check and a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education.
