Your Impact as Centre Director

Lead the daily operationsof the centre, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Develop and inspire a high-performing teamof educators through coaching, mentoring, and support

Foster strong partnershipswith families and the local community

Oversee enrolments, occupancy growth, budgeting, and resource allocation

Drive continuous improvement aligned with theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF)andNational Quality Standards (NQS)

What You’ll Bring

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent approved by ACECQA)

Proven leadership experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Centre Director

Strong understanding ofEYLFandNQS

Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and decision-making skills

CurrentQLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
