• You bring centre director experience, strong leadership and operational confidence, from an early childhood setting—or related sector.
• You’re adaptive—ready to partner closely with the current leadership to understand the centre’s educational philosophy and approach before transitioning into full responsibility.
• Heart-led leadership matters: you're transparent, empathetic, and always ready to support children, families, and educators with genuine care.
• Operational excellence is your strength—whether it’s compliance, rostering, CCS, or administration, you get it done effectively and meet high standards.
