Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity available for a talented Centre Manager to join our growing, family-run childcare business in Perth. Well positioned in the local community, the centre has built a strong reputation and connections in the community. Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
Proven experience as a Centre Manager (ideally 2+ years).
Deep passion for early childhood education and a commitment to high-quality care.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Xplor, MyWaitlist, Storypark, and Microsoft Suite.
