About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Centre Manager who leads with heart and purpose. You will oversee the centre’s daily operations and guide a dedicated team of educators to provide high-quality care and education for our children and families.

What you’ll do:

· Lead and mentor a small-medium team of Educators

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality frameworks

· Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community

· Manage centre administration, rosters, enrolments, and reporting

· Promote and uphold our centre's philosophy, policies, and standards

What We’re Looking For

·Bachelor’s Degreein Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

· Minimum1–2 years’ experienceas a Centre Manager or similar leadership role

· Deep knowledge ofEYLF, NQS, and developing a QIP

· Excellentcommunication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

· Strongorganisationalandtime-managementskills
