Centre Manager – Lead a Vibrant OOSH Service on Sydney's Northern Beaches

We’re seeking an experienced, confident Centre Manager to take the lead at our high-capacity, P&C-run OOSH service in the heart of Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

With up to 300 children in care during peak times, this is a dynamic leadership role suited to someone who thrives on responsibility, builds strong teams, and knows what quality looks like in out-of-school hours care.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager and P&C committee to ensure the service runs smoothly, safely and in line with National Quality Framework requirements, while shaping a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment for children, families, and educators.

What you’ll be responsible for

Leading day-to-day operations across before, after, and vacation care

Ensuring full compliance with NQF, NQS, and MTOP V2.0

Overseeing and mentoring a team of educators and senior staff

Driving a positive, accountable and community-focused culture

Supporting the development and delivery of engaging programs

Managing rostering, resourcing, inclusion support, and WHS obligations

Acting as the Nominated Supervisor and key contact for regulation

What we’re looking for

Minimum 4 years' experience as a Centre Manager (including 18+ months in a large service)

Deep understanding of NQF, National Regulations, and the MTOP framework

Strong leadership, problem-solving and people management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities

Relevant Early Childhood or OSHC qualification

WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
