About the Role:

We’re seeking anexperienced Centre Managerto take the helm of our well-established childcare service. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead and mentor a committed team, and ensure our centre meets and exceeds all regulatory and compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experiencein a leadership role within the childcare or early learning sector.

Proven track record inmanaging compliancewith the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Regulations, and all relevant legislation.

Strong leadership skills with a focus onteam development, staff retention, and positive workplace culture.

Deep commitment tosafety, learning outcomes, and family engagement.

Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
