About the Centre:
- Open from 6.30am - 6.30pm,
Located on Dickson Road, our Morayfield Centre provides nurturing child care and early education for children aged 0โ5 years, in a fun, safe, and engaging environment where little learners thrive.
Each day at our centre is packed with exciting learning experiences, from play-based exploration in our indoor and outdoor learning zones (yes, there's even a pirate ship!) to fun and educational cooking classes. Children enjoy healthy meals prepared fresh onsite, and our government-approved kindergarten program ensures theyโre ready for a smooth and confident transition to school.
About the Role
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
Create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing flair to increase occupancy of the service strategically.
You will have a solid understanding of the NQF and NQS and have the practical experience of being able to run a high-quality centre.
Mentor and support your educators in all aspects of the industry
About you
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
A current Working with Childrenโs Check
Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
