Centre Manager (OSHC)- Rouse Hill

We are excited to be supporting our Client in the recruitment of an OSHC Director based in Rouse Hill. The service operates in a multi story building that caters to children in the Rouse Hill Community. The service operates from 3 spaces, one being a dedicated space for OSHC. The team also have a dedicated office with separate desk space for the Centre Manager and 2x Assistant Managers. The office also has space for parent meetings and team meetings - it is allocated specifically for the OSHC team! The service has established processes to cater to the large amount of children. We are now recruiting for a centre manager to join this great team and leader their operations.

Here are the perks and finer details:

• $44 - $52 p/h +super (experience dependent)
• Located in Rouse Hill
• Licensed for 250 children (averaging up to 210 in the afternoon)
• Exceeding in 4 quality areas!
• Large Team of 13-15 Educators & 2x Full time 2IC's!
• This position is mostly out of ratio and works block shifts
• Shift time: 10am - 6pm (may change depending on needs of service)
• Out-of-ratio hours to support service operations
• You will be the Nominated Supervisor

What you’ll come with:

• Leadership experience as a Centre Manager
• Experience Communicating with Families and Stakeholders
• Strong Experience with Planning and Organizing
• Working with Children Check
• First Aid + CPR (or willing to Obtain)
• Identify and Respond to Young People at Risk (only applicable for NS or RP roles)
