About you:

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Proven leadership experience in early childhood or long day care

Deep knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards

Exceptional communication and people skills with a collaborative, inspiring leadership style
