We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Centre Support / Admin person to join our team at Kindalin Early Childhood Learning Centres.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Front Desk Centre Support person to join our team and assist with the day-to-day admin and operations. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:30 am - 6:30 pm. You must be flexible and be able to work at any of our Centres located within the Hills District.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a childcare environment is highly desired.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office Software, including Excel.
Ability to work independently with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Willing to learn and understand software and platforms used throughout the organisation.
Ability to multitask in a busy, people-oriented Centre.
A current Working with Children Check.
A genuine caring for Children and Families.
Qualities and Daily Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills to meet and greet our families as they arrive at the Centre each day.
Answer and manage phone calls, directing them as needed.
A team player who can take direction and work with multiple stakeholders.
Assist the Centre Director with tasks as required.
Complete Centre administration tasks.
