About the role

Austral Community Preschool in Austral NSW 2179 is seeking experienced and qualified part-time Cert 3 and Diploma educators to join our dedicated team. As a key part of our early childhood education services, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development and learning of young children in our care.

What you'll be doing

Provide a nurturing, safe and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3-5 years

Plan and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

Observe and document children's progress, interests and developmental needs

Communicate effectively with parents and carers to build strong partnerships

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high standards of care

Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve our early learning services

What we're looking for

A minimum Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification

Demonstrated experience working in a childcare or early learning environment

Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team

Passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education
