About the Role

We’re looking for dedicated**Multi Service Support Educators (MSSE)**who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy variety, and are open to working across multiple locations, to join us on a casual basis. In this recently created role, you’ll be assigned a conveniently located “home service”, but support Rise’s other Sydney services during staff absences, shortages, transitions, and more as required based on operational needs. You’ll also model high-quality practice while strengthening Educator-child interactions across teams.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid NSW Working With Children Check

• Understanding of contemporary child safe practices

• Current drivers’ license with own vehicle or able to access public transport

• Flexible, adaptable and available for casualwork across our three Sydney services - Abbotsford, Camperdown, North Ryde, or a combination of these as required

• Considerable recent experience in Early Childhood sector in a similar or permanent role

• ACECQA approved Certificate III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards. Degree qualified Teachers notbeing considered at present

• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, Food Safety and Child Protection training with a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willing to obtain/refresh).
