To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following:

• Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Experience working with children with disabilities & learning difficulties
• Experience working within a childcare centre and/or preschool
• Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
• Values a collaborative, team approach
• Is able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
• Has a love for a curriculum based on nature and, values the child as strong, capable and resilient
• Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
• A drive to be dynamic, forward-thinking and be eager to take on board new concepts and think 'outside the box'
• Has a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, Quality Standards and Regulations
• A current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
• A current First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma
• Full Working Rights without restriction
