About Us
We are a privately owned and operated 119 place newly built centre in Wadalba, providing a nurturing and supportive space for children to explore, learn and grow with confidence. Our centre fosters an individualised approach to education and care, tailoring experiences and learning opportunities to support the developmental needs of children from infancy through to preschool age.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist educators in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for children.
Support childrenβs social, emotional and cognitive development through play-based learning activities.
Help maintain a safe, clean and organised learning environment.
Build positive and supportive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to improve your knowledge and skills.
Contribute to the development of a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is valued.
Complete enrolled study components within a timely manner.
What you'll need:
No prior experience necessary β this is an entry-level position suitable for individuals over 18 years of age with a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Willingness to learn and undertake formal study toward aCertificate IIIin Early Childhood Education and Care.
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or the ability to obtain upon employment).
Valid Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
