We’re looking for warm, passionate Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Educators to join our well-loved Atlantis Early Learning Centre located in Yanchep.

About the Role

As an Educator at Atlantis Early Learning Yanchep, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and care for children aged 0 to 5. You will work alongside a dedicated team of educators to plan and implement engaging learning programs that reflect the needs and interests of each child.

You will:

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences.

• Foster positive and supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

• Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.

• Observe, document, and report on children’s progress.

• Collaborate with your team to provide high-quality early learning and care.

• Support daily routines and smooth transitions for children.

• Follow policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including child protection and health and safety.

• Take part in ongoing professional development and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic educators who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting children’s growth and development.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).

• Have knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• Be confident in creating meaningful, play-based learning opportunities.

• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

• Be nurturing, proactive, and committed to creating an inclusive learning environment.

• Be a team player who contributes to a positive and collaborative workplace.

• Be flexible and reliable, ensuring consistency of care for children.
