We are seeking an experienced and passionateCertificate III or Diploma Qualified Educatorsto join our Honour Early Learning centre in Redbank Plains. About you

**Experience:**Minimum 1 years’ experience in Early Childhood Education.

**Qualification:**A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

**Skills:**Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, proactive and creative attitude, who loves to engage with the children and families to offer a meaningful connections and experiences. Drawing on your training, and experience you are a willing participant and a true team focused individual who will help the centre achieve its goals.

Your role as a Certificate III/Diploma Qualified Educator

Plan and implement educational programs that support children’s individual needs.

Build meaningful relationships with families and children, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all.

Assist with open and close procedures as required.

Assist with the continuous improvement of the rooms and centre.

Engage with Centre Management with activities and initiatives.
