Certificate III Educator

About the Position

AtErmington Early Learning Centre, we are seeking passionate and dedicatedCertificate III qualified Educatorsto join our team on a casual or part-time basis. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality educational programs in line with theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF)andNational Quality Standards (NQS).

As a valued team member at our boutique, family-owned service, you will be supported by a close-knit and passionate team of educators. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the planning cycle, engaging in meaningful interactions with children, and fostering strong relationships with families. Skills and Experience

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care(minimum requirement)

CurrentFirst Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxiscertifications (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to work flexible shifts between7:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Strong understanding of children’s developmental stages and how to support them through play-based learning

Previous experience contributing to observations, documentation, and program planning (desirable)

Demonstrated ability to build respectful and collaborative relationships with families and team members

Knowledge of theEYLF,NQS, andChild Protection legislation

Commitment to maintaining asafe, inclusive, and environmentally responsiblelearning environment

A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to grow within the profession

Requirements

Valid****NSW Working With Children Check

National Police Check

Completion (or willingness to complete) Child Protection and Safeguarding Children Training

Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in Australia
