Learning Ladder ELC Cranbourne is an owner operated service which works collaboratively with a Central support team to deliver real outcomes for families and children.

We are looking for committed and dedicated early childhood professionals for our service in Cranbourne. If you share our goal to provide families with service exceeding their expectations and the best possible early education and care for their children, we would love to hear from you.

Room Educators/Assistants- Certificate 3 or Diploma qualified persons who works well in a team, is flexible and uses initiative to deliver and support the care and education of the children in the service.

Candidate will require:

A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification

Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards

Experience working as a Certificate III Educator in a long day care service

Current Working with Children's Check

Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate

Available full time to work on a rotating roster especially to do opening and closing shift

Chef / Cook:- We are seeking aqualified and passionate Chef/Cookto join our team! In this role, you will manage the daily operations of ourpurpose-built, modern kitchenand be responsible for preparingfresh, nutritious, and diverse mealsfor children aged0 to 6 years.

You will play a vital part in supporting children’s growth and wellbeing through healthy food, while meeting allergy, cultural, and dietary requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

Experience and passion for preparing nutritious mealsfor young children aged 0–6

Previous experienceas a chef/cook, preferably in a childcare or early learning environment

Ability tomanage kitchen operations, including ordering, stock control, hygiene and compliance

Strong understanding offood allergies, intolerances, andsafe food handling

Relevant qualifications inCommercial Cookery

CurrentFood Safety Supervisor Certificate(Class 1 business)

High standards incleanliness, hygiene, and grooming

Excellent time management and organisation skills

A positive,team-focused attitude, with strong communication skills

Commitment to providinghigh-quality serviceto children, families, and colleagues

Willingness to obtain:

First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certifications

A validWorking with Children Check(WWCC)
