We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our team and oversee the operations of both Long Day Care and Out of School Care. This full-time leadership role requires a flexible approach, with varied hours across the week to ensure the needs of families, staff, and children are met.

What we are looking for:
Managing the day-to-day running of the Childcare Centre;
Development and implementation of age-appropriate programs for children;
Manage the recruitment, induction and support of new staff;
Develop a positive, cohesive work environment for all staff
Maintain accounts and assist with administrative matters;
Ensure the centre is compliant with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements;
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the centre; and
Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at a high level at all times.
The successful candidate will:
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
Have a minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in managing a childcare service as a Centre Director or similar
In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team.
Have the vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
