The Role

• Actively oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
• Ensure service is compliant with all service, state and NQS policies and legislations
• Create a fun, collaborative and stimulating environment for team members
• Creating and maintaining effective communication and partnerships with the families
• Mentoring team members to meet the standards and quality practices
• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children, team and community

Role Requirements

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
• 2 years prior experience as a Centre Director is required
• Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
• Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and community
• Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices

The Company Come join this beautiful brand-new service based in Lurnea, this centre is due to open in the new year! You will be expected to start in this position from October onwards, giving you time to get the Centre up and running while having support from your Area Manager and Head Office. With access to amazing resources, the centre will be extremely spacious space filled with engaging activities and sensory-rich, play equipment for the children to enjoy.
