We are looking for two dedicated Centre Managers to join our family.

1. Como Centre (LP50)

Lead an established, high-performing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you're anaccomplished managerfrom a larger organisation who is seeking a better work-life balance and a more supportive, close-knit team. Our Como centre caters to 50 children with three beautiful classrooms and unique nature-based outdoor spaces.

2. Attadale Centre (LP69)

Be part of history and open a brand-new service!

This is an exciting chance to shape the future of early learning from day one. Our purpose-built, state-of-the-art centre at 488 Canning Highway is opening in October 2025. This role empowers you to build your own dream team from scratch and establish a new benchmark for quality childcare in the community.

We're Looking For a Leader Who:

Is a passionate and inspiring leader with a "can-do" attitude.

Leads by example in best practices, relationships, and curriculum.

Has strong communication skills and builds genuine connections with families, children, and educators.

Holds a Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).

Has at least 2 years of previous centre manager experience.

Has a strong understanding of all relevant Australian legislation and frameworks (EYLF, NQS).

Holds current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid certificates.
